graphical installer not aware of Low-RAM computers

Hi all,

I agree with Karl. We could do something like including a short 
installation guide in HTML format, then open it with Chromium everytime 
people run Lubuntu in LiveCD so that they can read and then install in 
the right way. Just my idea.
