Sorry, can't help you with PPC anymore. I'm not sure anyone can. PPC
isn't even a valid architecture for Xenial any longer, i.e. no packages
are pubished for it. You might be able to figure out the problem but you
won't be able to upgrade the packages.

`lspci -nnk | grep -A 3 VGA` should do the trick. Alternately `lshw -c
video | grep driver`. Or just skip the greps and sort through the output
yourself.

Might want to open a tty and check /var/log/Xorg.0.log or
/var/log/syslog.

I'll repeat again, though: we no longer support PPC. I have no machines
to test on and I was one of the ones that did and I came to Lubuntu
because of a PPC machine. No one else I know does.
