[lubuntu-devel] ANN: One last call for testing for 16.04.2

There was a [security update of ffmpeg][1] that snuck in so please make
sure to check things it may affect, such as audio/video players/viewers and
thumbnailing in pcmanfm. This seems pretty well tested, but better safe
than sorry.
