[lubuntu-devel] Steps for adding Lubuntu + LXQt ISO

Hello Julien,

Thank you for the work that you have done. I'm glad this is finally in
the works. :)

It built correctly and is currently in yakkety-proposed, we are just
waiting for the binaries to propogate so that it can pass the
autopkgtests to migrate into yakkety.
