[lubuntu-devel] Steps for adding Lubuntu + LXQt ISO

Step 2 done with lubuntu-meta 0.66. There should be a
lubuntu-qt-desktop package soon. Please be patient, this upload needs
manual checking from an Ubuntu admin, so it will take some time to
enter the repositories.
