[lubuntu-devel] Pausing Philw's involvement in Ubuntu

Hello Lubuntu developers,

Over the past few months several members of the Ubuntu community have
come to the Community Council for help dealing with some negative
behaviors from philw on IRC, mailing lists and elsewhere. After repeated
attempts to resolve the situation amicably did not result in a permanent
change in his behavior, we must now take the unfortunate step of asking
him to pause his involvement in Ubuntu[1].

It is our hope that, after 12 months away, he will be able to interact
with the rest of the community in an appropriate way, at which point we
will welcome him back. In the mean time we will do whatever we can to
assist Lubuntu with the consequences of his absence, and we are more
than happy to answer any questions you may have about this action.
