Nio,

in the 1st instance ask Walter, then ask the guys who did the translations
for https://wiki.ubuntu.com/WilyWerewolf/ReleaseNotes/Lubuntu
The Japanese guy is not afraid to peak his mind :)

But, I'd suggest getting some people who have and use foreign keyboards as
languages to confirm, else I'm so going to get grief like I did over the
accidental dropping of CYJK support. I do NOT want to that to happen
again..... Languages MUST happen.
