[lubuntu-devel] screen time-out

Following I noticed on the latest versions of Lubuntu Xenial AMD64 and i386:

Preferences > Light Locker Settings does no longer open from menu. Will 
this have to be removed from the menu?

System Tools > LightDM GTK+ Greeter Settings | Misc. | Timeout until the 
screen blanks
The time slider doesn't at all follow actual time-out, e.g if set at 31 
sec the actual time-out is 6 minutes.

Anybody else noticed these? Guess I need to file a bug report.
