[lubuntu-devel] No Sound in 14.04.4-beta on PPC

There's still no sound in 14.04.4-beta on PPC in the Live Desktop
session.  I've tried blacklisting the modules listed in the FAQ,

but that seems to have no effect at least by telling yaboot

 snd-aoa.blacklist=yes snd-aoa-fabric-layout.blacklist=yes

...and so on

Are there any known work-arounds to get sound on the PPC in 14.04?
