[lubuntu-devel] security risk in Lubuntu

Dear developers,
I found a critical security risk in Lubuntu 15.04/15.10/16.04.
If Lubuntu is started in recovery mode, there is an option with that you 
can open the terminal.
That terminal has superuser rights.
You don't need to type in a password!
That's a big problem in my mind.
I needed to report this. (my mind)
