This is far too late in the cycle to plan a removal of a component.
The best we can do is try to fix the more problematic bugs and
reconsider this after the release for 16.10. Also, removing without
any replacement is worst. Abiword is far from perfect, but it's offer
some useful functionalities.

Just for the note, the number of bugs is not really relevant. pcmanfm
has 170+ bugs open on launchpad, we still ship it, and it's not more
unstable than Abiword.

I'm looking at the language bug of Abiword, to see if I can make a
quick workaround for the release (which can be push as a SRU, it's not
critical for the release).
