[loco-contacts] 16.04 DVD packs for LoCos?

Hey!

Anyone knows if the shipping will be via TNT (as usual) or UPS?

We lost our last DVD packs because of TNT (many issues with TNT shipment
since 2012), but the LoCo Pack that I asked the person in charge to ship
via UPS was delivered without issues.

I hope that we'll be able to choose the shipment company..
