[loco-contacts] 16.04 DVD packs for LoCos?

Hey Lyz,

as part of the LoCo Council, I know the following:

No DVDs, but it will be USB-Sticks this time.

I would guess: yes.

They used to be LTS-DVDs. The DVDs of 14.04 have run out, they wont
reprint the old ones.

Anyway, I don't know, when the USB-Sticks will be available.
