[loco-contacts] Our teams reject the new LoCo Council policy

I'm just a long-time Ubuntu member, with no vested interests, but with a love of Ubuntu and a love of local cultures.

We already have evidence that the Loco Council is very willing to be flexible (as they were with the Catalan team).  And we all surely recognize the inherent difficulties of writing up a policy to address resource allocation given the complexities of the cultures and political subdivisions of the world.  The loco council is of course a bunch of volunteers, who have limited time and energy.  They seem to be handling a complicated situation remarkably well.

I'm getting tired and distracted by the volume of these emails.  Please stop debating hypothetical situations.  Please work with your local teams to make them all they can be, and if you like, engage directly and privately with the loco council, so we don't all have to be dragged thru the details.  Please do this for the benefit of not only your own local teams, but for the benefit of the wider movement - to show that we spend our time on promoting free software, not the divisive debate that is all too common these days in other areas of politics already.
