This is sort of like what the Ubuntu Beginners Team does. The Ubuntu
Beginners Team is made up of members from all areas of the community.
We work with new members of the community to try and figure out where
they are interested in contributing. We then work with them to help
point out the necessary getting started literature, share a few tips,
and help get them involved in the appropriate Ubuntu team. As our team
is very diverse, we can usually help out regardless of the user's
interests. I know many members of the team are active in their
respective LoCos, but so far, we have not really tried actively
recruiting from other LoCos.
