Actually if there isn't the expectation of filtering by LoCo points of
contact then I see no reason why a manual process of forwarding emails
for English based teams is required at all.

Perhaps we should bring up in the LoCo council the creation of a limited
list which only loco mailing lists join in order to forward on all
messages. No people would be on the list so all messages would need a
quick glance and check, but otherwise it would be a good way to reduce
workload of PoC by a factor since there isn't a requirement of
filtering.
