Hello Greg,

I was under the impression you were on our mailing list this is not the
case, what you where referring to is my mail on the loco-contacts list
which does show a disclaimer as an attachment on all emails sent from
this account. The disclaimer is actually attached to all email
regardless of who it comes from that has an email account on our email
server it can be changed but not from any remote email client, which I
am currently using.

Your email started

Your LUG's mailing list has a disclaimer? ...

This lead me to conclude you where subscribing to our service when in
fact you where not.

Then when you mentioned lawyers I read this perhaps wrongly as an attack
and that the disclaimer was something I should not do. The language you
used within your email lead me to believe this disclaimer upset you. I
try very hard to please everyone the members who participate with me in
the LUG and the people we communicate with.

I mean no disrespect I just think you could have used your words with
constructive advice, I am not an expert but it appears to me that
because I am a member of the Linux User Group movement that we should
have a perfect business like expert system with a team of lawyers at
ready supply. I would rather not have a disclaimer at all but many
businesses over hear have them and suffice to say an argument was made
to have one also.

You have given me your opinion I don't know that it is correct but I
will take the advice you offered, and implement it as soon as possible.
