Testing Jam docs now available for the Global Jam

Hi everyone,

Thanks to Dave Morley we now have documentation on how to do testing
during jams. I'd like to point out one thing in particular:

This basically shows you how to do a simple hardware database
submission. It is very easy and can be done from the Ubuntu Live CD.
If your LoCo ever gathers together physically you can always submit
the hardware profiles. So if you're looking for a simple task that
people can start off with to make a launchpad account or whatever then
I would recommend starting here.
