Hello everybody,

how are the Global Jam preparations coming on for you and your team?

The Ubuntu Berlin team is going to meet tomorrow to finalise all the
bits. What we do a bit differently this time is nominating people who
are responsible for preparing and organising parts of the Jam... for
example taking care of the "Testing Jam" part, etc. Maybe you'll find
the idea yourself for your team.

What has worked well for you?

If you're participating, please add your team to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGlobalJam/Events and already bookmark
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGlobalJam/Stories where we hope to have
some cool stories afterwards.

Some changes that came up in the last few days that might interest you:

      * 5 types of jams now available: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Jams
        (Bugs, Documentation, Packaging, Testing, Translation)
      * Tasks available now:
        https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGlobalJam#Tasks
      * Next Global Jam session coming up at: Sept 18 - 1500UTC in
        #ubuntu-classroom

I get the feeling this event is going to awesome! :-)

Have a great day,
 Daniel
