Can I be a loco contact?

Hello, Siehfried-Angel.
Actually the reason why I wrote this mail is, some of my loco team
member pushed me
to contact to you(loco leaders or contacts) and to be a contact.

Because although we have already a contact, but he is not active.
I know him and we talk together everyday via our irc channel.
and he told me "try to be approved our team. but I won't give you my
position(contact)"

So.. I was looking for some ways. and now I decide to be a contact if
it can be contacts more than one.

Yes I know. So what I really want is to know how to be a contact.
If there are some conditions, I'll try to suffice them.

I think I already got approval of some main members of our team.
(I don't know how to prove to you)

and at last, if it needs some times and activities on this or some
official mailings, I'll do.
I don't want to be a contact right now. and I know it needs time.
and My final purpose is to make my team as approved loco team.and make
our team more actively.
