LoCo Council

Hi all,

Quick update on the LoCo Council.

Things have been a little delayed due to a rather hectic period before
Xmas, but getting the LoCo council up and running is a top priority over
the coming weeks. I just want everyone to know I am working on it and I
hope to have something announced soon.
