How to get Gutsy CDs

Dear all 
Just suggesting while we still unuproved loco team i think
it is fair to get a small portion of cds until we get approved we in
lebanon we have bad situations we have problems in making activities
so it is difficult to get approved fast so what shall we do we need
these things to make promotions .i think it is not fair to not get
cds.
