How to get Gutsy CDs

So, let's say:

1. You are still trying to get approval;
2. Your local LUG is putting together a booth for a huge technology
convention in your area and would like some Ubuntu CDs to hand out to
participants the first week of November;
3. As a loco, even an unapproved loco, you really want to support these folks.

Is it possible to get on the list for CDs?
