How to start a locoteam?

Hi  !!
We the contact of senegal loco team. i'm happy to know that some people
are intrested for creating a loco team in west africa. Our team is a newbie
but
we trying to do something.
We plan to 15th the SFD 2007 at the university agency of francophony (AUF).
So if you are also motived it will be a good idea to create a west africa
loco team
it's a very good idea.
