Spam on loco lists

I have had the problem on the Ubuntu-US list, and have decided that if
you're not a member on the list, then all attempts to send a message
to the list are denied.  I don't have to deal with the spam any
longer.

But, I would assume that Ubuntu does have SpamAssassin installed on
the lists, and that due to the popularity of the distro, the spam
coming through is quite light.  But that's just my opinion.  I could
be way off.
