Reminder: LoCo Specs for UDS Sevilla

Greetings,

UDS Sevilla kicks off in a few short days, and I'd just like to remind 
you of the specs/blueprints that are proposed for the Summit.

Even if you cannot attend the UDS in person, you can still collaborate 
remotely via VoIP and our favourite collaborative editor, Gobby.

The specs proposed for the Summit that are pertaining to LoCo Teams can 
be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamsUDSSevillaSpecs . We look 
forward to your input! (and dont forget to subscribe to the specs on 
their individual spec pages if you're interested in contributing)

(Note: no specs/blueprints are 'approved' for the summit at the time of 
this writing)
