It's probably better to keep things in the Ubuntu namespace on 
Launchpad, e.g. http://www.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-utahteam or similar.

It keeps consistency with all the other teams, and it's easy to see at a 
glance what {distribution,product} a given team represents.
