First, for standardazation among groups, the Loco structure is a good  
staring place. Second, if you read the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ 
LoCoTeamHowto, we would be considered a Specialised group like a  
translation team that crosses many geographic boundaries.  Third, see  
the http://www.ubuntu-women.org website.

Please feel free to ask the CC for clarification.  They did not  
explicitly say we needed any approval but for standardization  
purposes and so that we can be found easily, it makes sense to have  
the project listed as a specialised team.  Third, see the http://
