LoCo Team Subdomain

On Tuesday, I emailed Smurf (the person listed as in charge of LoCo
Team subdomains) about getting nj.ubuntu-us.org for the ubuntu-us-nj
team. 4 days later, there's been no response by email. I've also tried
contacting him on irc every day this week, with no response.

When I asked in the #ubuntu-locoteams channel earlier this week, I was
told Smurf would get back to me and I would have to wait. Discussing
this today in the channel, I was told I should post to this list. I'm
not blaming anyone, but I'd really like to see this pushed through so
I can start advertising the LoCo
