Bosnian Loco Team

Yes, I've already said that on #ubuntu-locoteams IRC channel. Bosnian
and HErzegovina CC is bs_BA, and on many sites (such as Wikipedia) or in
many applications, the 'bs' is used. Can this ba be changed to bs,
please?
