Lobbying won't help as long as we don't have many Ubuntu developers from
this region. How many Ubuntu developers are from Pakistan, Bangladesh,
India? Not many I presume. Conferences are for developers and users. If
there are no developers, there is no point in having a conference here.
So let's first work towards getting more people into Ubuntu development,
then we can think about having a conference here. :)
