Time for a better LaptopTesting page?

Doesn't have to go on wiki., and really it doesn't make sense to go
there. I would say something like laptops.ubuntu.com or some other
nicely descriptive host. This can then be pointed wherever there is
hosting. 

For example I setup the screencast team and have screencasts.ubuntu.com
pointing to the documentation teams server where I have some space for
that project. We use php (drupal) on that site, so the precedent is
already set.

James Troop (elmo on irc) can organise the dns, you need to sort the
hosting. The documentation team server seems like as sensible place to
put this kind of.. documentation. Speak to Matthew East, he may be able
to help here. (I have cc:ed him as I don't know if he is on this list).

As far as the project goes, I would certainly find it easier to
contribute if there was some easy way to maintain "my" entries. For
example the current laptop testing pages don't lend well to two people
having the same machine.
