Kubuntu 24.94 LTS released. Not possible yet to upgrade from 22.04?

Perfectly logical thoughts. However, I had SECURE BOOT already disabled.
Also no BIOS password, etc.

In Kubuntu 22.04.4 LTS I could work with both WIFI and Bluetooth, at
exactly the same device with the same BIOS settings. In Kubuntu 24.04 LTS
so far not.
