Suspend again

I installed 24.04 on one of my servers...  from the latest download, not 
the beta.   I thought they had fixed the suspend problem but no.

My server went into suspend...  and although my server is for my 
personal use, I don't think suspend will go over too well in a large 
organization!

I know how to turn off suspend but it involves incantations at the 
command line, which I don't mind doing, but as a general rule, linux 
users shouldn't have to deal with.

Not sure how to report this... since ubuntu-bug says it can't be 
reported since there is no package installed for it.
