problems upgrading to kubuntu 20.04 (jammy)

It looks like you have packages from some ppa installed. I think it
would help to remove the ppa first and then try

sudo apt-get -f install

to repair the system.

And if that worked, you may want to file a bug about do-release-upgrade
because it doesn't check for conflicts with a ppa.
