A happy 19.10 non bug report and a question

The best way is to keep up with updates. There are so many projects and
packages that make up Ubuntu and it's flavors that there's really no
feasible way to track aside from keeping on top of updates and checking
if the bug still exists after.
If the bug DOES still exist, be sure and file that bug report!
