Now in Grub I have a Ubuntu that opens Kubuntu 16.04 that works great. Then two lines that read "memory". Then one line that reads 15.04 but it opens a Ubuntu that is all mixed up. It shows folders that will not open and a border of a page below it that will not do anythinng. Then a line that reads 15.10 and opens a working Ubuntu 15.10. then a line that also opens Ubuntu 15.10. I deleted the windows XP that was never used. Now I need to delete the 15.04 that does not work and I will have Ubuntu 15.10 and Kubuntu 16.04. What is the best way to delete the non-working 15.04 without changing anything else. I still have all my data in Kubuntu and Ubuntu.

All the above is what my GRUB shows at this time.
