It seems like nobody has an idea so far. As I don't know that message 
myself, can you clarify where you see that message?

Anyway, it may help, if you login to the text screen (use CTRL-F1) and 
then enter these commands:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

After all version 16.04 is still in development and there are frequent 
changes. The commands above would fetch the latest corrections and maybe 
that clears the problem for you.
