If your system is up-to-date, I suppose that you see another bug than 
the one mentioned in that forum thread. I compared the patch from the 
solution to the current source of kdepimlibs and the patch is already 
applied.

Unfortunately I can't tell you from this list which would be the 
appropriate -dbg packages. Hopefully someone else knows the answer.
