plasma workspace very slow at startup

Hey, 

there are roumors, that akonadi it the source of the problem.

The workaround should be to run "akoandictl stop" before shutting down. It 
would be quite usefull if you test if you run that command before shutting 
down fixing the issue. Than it is more likely, that we find a way to reproduce 
it.
