Depends whether the features present in v4 that are missing in v5 would be a
problem for you. These are just a few highlights of the youth of 5.2 (still
present in 5.3 and 5.4devel):

Settings are not migrated (most now dumped in ~/.config/ instead of kept
separate in ~/.kde/ tree).

Time/Date formats are limited.

Sessions are not restored.

Settings and dialog windows are badly sized (especially for high DPI users).

In the classic starter, recent is in a separate expansion instead of stacked
above apps and such.

Default theme is low usability, low visibility (flat and lifeless, with
semi-visible window borders).
