Plasma anyone?

Sorry. I should have included that it might have went back to the default
in which when you right click you would see desktop settings. Click that
and select folder view. Apply/OK. If you still see no icons right click
again and you should see folder view settings. Check that to make sure it
is set to the desktop folder.
