Thank you to everyone who replied.

I had discovered the .iso file but it looked to be AMD specific. I've 
installed and it's running; so far so good. Google Earth is not working 
because libfontconfig.so.1 cannot be found even though the package is 
installed. I'll sort this out some other time.
