Org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1 fails when using Mini 15.04 + Kubuntu Backports for Plasma 5.3

‎Hi again, thank you so much. I first installed Policykit-1, updated the repositories and i was later able to finally install Plasma 5.3.

Probably this bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/policykit-1/+bug/1447654
which does have a way to work around the issue for those doing a minimal 
(netinstall)
