It seems you are trying to build (compile) komposer ?
As Charles said discompress it. After you will have a repertory with few
files like configure, in a console (bash sh shell) you go to komposer
directory where the the configure file is...
But before if you are on ubuntu you should test if you have all library
to compile composer :
so write at command line
sudo apt-get build-dep komposer and enter (if it's in ubuntu package)
all dependancies will install
then in komposer directory do ./configure --prefix=/usr (on ubuntu) it
will install it for you to be able to run it.
then make
and third
sudo make install
If you are fed up with this programm you can clean it and clear, delete
it properly with
sudo make uninstall
I means you use komposer sources.
Otherwise on ubuntu /kubuntu
sudo apt-get install komposer (if it' s in repository !)
