I recommend that you uncompress the
file"Kompozer-0.8b3.en-US.gcc4.2-i686.tar.gz" to a directory using ARK
or some file decompressor for ".tar.gz"
Enter that directory and whatever directory the Kompozer files are
located in and start from there. You may need to read the README file
that is normally included.
Since this is a compressed file, you cannot "./configure" or "make" it
as is. You MUST decompress it first.
