Cannot change printer settings without root access

Usually you could change the cups printer settings with your browser at 
<http://localhost:631/>. There you also will be asked for your 
credentials, but you use your standard login and password.

> $ sudo systemsettings

That is a bad idea. You should use

kdesudo systemsettings

instead because using sudo for grahical applications might change 
ownership for files in your home folder. That would lead at least to 
confusion later. See
