Kubuntu 14.04

Hello,

I installed kubuntu 14.04 with kde 4.13.3, and leaves no set me in Spanish, only in American English, I installed local, and what I've searched forums but did not solve anything, I still have everything in English, I have gnome 3 and when I start session is in Spanish 70%, but in kde only in English, and not let me change to Spanish, some could you please give me solution.
 I love this distribution, hopefully solve the problem.
