Hi David, I'm glad to hear that you solved your immediate problem.

I asked about your problem in the #plasma channel in IRC, where the
developers told me to ask you to file a bug on http://bugs.kde.org on
"plasmashell -> Multiscreen". You can get your Plasma version by doing
in Konsole: plasmashell -v  like this:

$ plasmashell -v
plasmashell 5.4.3

It is a known problem, but they need more information. It will help
them if you will report this bug.
