missing documentation

Hi Volker, this is a packaging bug, and you can easily file a bug on
launchpad on the commandline, by typing

ubuntu-bug kmail

in Konsole, or a console (control+alt+f2 -- control+alt+f7 to return
to the gui), and then following the prompts. It seems that the
documentation was not properly packaged with Kmail, and we should fix
that.
